Why you should never meet your heroes.

They say “Never meet your heroes,” and I can tell you from experience that it’s good advice. I’ve met all of my idols, and I’ve been disappointed by every single one. You’ve read everything they ever written, seen everything they ever done. They have changed your life and the way you think. You share the same brain. When at last you meet, there will be an instant connection, and the two of you will become lasting friends — or better yet, mentor and mentee.

You probably have a story like mine. You can point to a specific moment in your life and say: “There. That’s where my faith in humans started to fall apart.” Never meet your heroes and we talk about that in today's episode.

At the end of the day this Podcast is about helping others make sense of this crazy world and life.
